Partnership or ownership: two ways to put a GoFresh station on your lot

Both options run the same station. The difference is who buys the equipment, who operates it, and how the revenue is shared.

When a property owner asks how to get a GoFresh station, the answer is one of two models. The station, the treatment and the customer experience are identical in both. What changes is the investment and the split.

Option 1: Partnership (GoFresh-owned station)

GoFresh provides, installs and operates the station. Your location provides an approved space for it. GoFresh handles the equipment investment and operates the GoFresh system; your location receives 30% of revenue.

This model lets a business introduce a new automotive service without purchasing the equipment. It suits car washes, parking facilities, shopping centers and gas stations that want an add-on amenity with minimal involvement.

Option 2: Ownership (partner-owned station)

Your business purchases the GoFresh equipment and operates the station at your location. GoFresh provides the system, branding, operational support and service structure, and receives a 30% service fee.

This option is designed for businesses that want to own the equipment and participate more directly in the operation.

Side by side

  • Location: you provide it in both cases.
  • Equipment: partnership, GoFresh buys and installs; ownership, you purchase it.
  • Operation: partnership, GoFresh operates the system; ownership, you operate it with GoFresh support.
  • Service: GoFresh provides maintenance and support in both models.
  • Revenue: partnership, 30% to your location; ownership, 30% service fee to GoFresh.

Which one is right for you

If you want the service on your property with no equipment purchase, partnership is the simpler path. If you prefer to own the asset and run it as part of your business, ownership gives you that. Many locations start with the question "how much traffic do we have?", and the location review at the start of the process answers it before any agreement is signed.

Fine print, stated plainly. Final terms are set out in a written agreement. Revenue depends on location and traffic and is not guaranteed. Pricing for ownership is quoted individually for your state and location.
